In this tactile, ethereal painting, one dives deeply into warm colors of a sunset where the lights of the west range between red and burgundy, yellow, blue, white and black, and each of these lights would like to prevail over the others. It feels as if you are in a phase of creation where everything intersects without anything clearly defined, yet the colors are extremely lively and warm.

Paolo Contin has a long artistic career. He trained in the world of design and since 1980 has worked in fashion and art. Since 1999 he has begun to exhibit his works; in 2002 his first solo show in Padua, followed by many exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including Copenhagen, Munich, Paris, Brussels, Istanbul, Buenos Aires and Sydney.
