Description from the seller
3D Bauhaus #004
Edition 1/10 — 60 x 80 cm
This work is part of the 3D Bauhaus series, a project that reinterprets the fundamental principles of Bauhaus from a contemporary and three-dimensional perspective. Through meticulous manual 3D modeling work, the piece transforms the classical language of geometry — circles, cylindrical volumes and modular shapes — into a clean, balanced, and deeply contemporary sculptural composition.
Far from being a simple historical reinterpretation, the piece proposes a contemporary 'twist': polished surfaces, precise lighting, and digital materials that provide depth, texture, and an almost tangible presence. The result is a work that oscillates between the graphic and the sculptural, between minimalism and playfulness.
This series asserts the relevance of Bauhaus as a universal language, translating it to a new territory where technology, design, and art converge to generate a timeless and contemporary aesthetic.
Cess is an artist specialized in digital art, CGI and artificial intelligence, with a solid international career. He has collaborated with brands such as Apple, Google, Prada, Vogue and MTV, developing projects where creativity, technology and contemporary visual language converge.
