The works are shipped from the artist based in the United States to our logistics platform in France, which handles import and customs clearance, before returning them individually to our collectors without any constraints. The transport cost includes all charges from the United States to your home.

If the work is damaged, you must refuse delivery and specify the reason for the refusal on the delivery note, noting problems such as “broken,” “scratched,” “damaged,” or “crushed.” If only the packaging is damaged but the content is intact, you may accept the package. However, if both the packaging and the content are damaged, you must refuse the package without hesitation. If you submit a withdrawal request, the DHL fees will remain at your expense. You will be responsible for the DHL Express shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Only the price of the artwork will be refunded.

Karl Lagasse, a renowned artist, rose to prominence in 2009 with his One Dollar sculptures, ranking among the ten best sculptors under 30 in the same year according to Artprice. In 2012, the New York publication Farameh named him one of the fifty best contemporary artists, inspired by traditional American icons, in its volume FOR WHICH IT STANDS: Americana in Contemporary Art. More recently, in 2016, at the Art Paris Art Fair, the President of the French Republic warmly congratulated Karl for his impressive 2-meter bronze sculpture One Dollar, exhibited at the Grand Palais.

Karl Lagassemble’s artistic journey began at age 7 with collages, inspired by his meeting with the sculptor César Baldaccini. He then turned to tagging and graffiti in the Paris metro while remaining passionate about collages. The artist Yvaral Vasarely encouraged him to merge his tags with his collages. In 2003, Karl prepared his first exhibition in Paris, which led to his first solo show in 2006 at the Isy Brachot gallery in Brussels. In 2008, he returned to Paris with an exhibition combining paintings, sculptures, and video elements at the Espace Pierre Cardin.

2026: - Finalization of the work One Dollar Green Bronze 8 meters 7 tons. The largest One Dollar sculpture in the world created by the artist.
2025: - Installation of the monumental work Reflection of the Sun. Installed near the newly built Pavilion of the Baths, on the Promenade Michel d'Ornano, inaugurated by Mayor Philippe Augier on September 8.

2024: - Art Miami - Collective exhibitions Galerie Nicolas Auvray New York. On this occasion, a bronze cryptogram of 1.80 m and a 2-meter One Dollar were exhibited during the event.
- 50th anniversary of the Deauville American Film Festival, for which the artist created 18 bronze trophies as well as a 2-meter sculpture to be installed at the CID. The artists interviewed about the artist and who received the trophy include: Michael Douglas, Daisy Ridley, Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, Mikey Madison...

2023: - Aspen Saint Regis: Installation of the 2-meter One Dollar in front of the St Regis. The Aspen Times covered the event in a dedicated article.
- Rapper Rick Ross posed with a special St Regis edition of One Dollar.

2022: - New York: Times Square NY City, projection on Nasdaq screen of the work “A One Dollar in the Cyberspace City.”
- Presentation of American Film Festival trophies to Thandiwe Newton, Jesse Eisenberg, Ana de Armas…

2021: - New studio in Austin, Texas, USA.
- Solo exhibition of the artist.
- Finalization of the sculpture “Ascension of Christ” after several years of work.

2020: - Beginning of work on the largest piece ever created by the artist: the One Dollar Bronze Green 8 Meters.
- Deauville American Film Festival: he creates a new sculpture in collaboration with the city of Deauville, inspired by the barriers along the Deauville promenade (the boards).

2019: - Deauville American Film Festival: the artist created a new sculpture representing his dollar engraved in aluminum.

2018: - Creation of a new sculpture for the Deauville American Film Festival trophy; among the artists who received the artist’s trophy sculpture are: Morgan Freeman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Elle Fanning, Jason Clarke and many others...

2017: - Karl Lagasse succeeds the prestigious Cartier House in creating the Deauville American Film Festival trophies.

2016: - Art Fair Paris at the Grand Palais
- A two-meter-high, fully bronze “One Dollar” was exhibited at the Art Paris fair.
- The French president visited the exhibition and personally congratulated the artist for his work.
- First in Spain at Marbella’s Atrium gallery, solo exhibition with new collections in the presence of the international press and the mayor of the city, Jose Bernal Gutierrez. A special performance by his wife, opera singer Cherise Lagasse, who performed pieces from her repertoire.

2015: - Second collaboration with Maserati with the creation of a monumental installation titled “A Piece of Heaven on Earth.” This work features a Maserati covered in a white plastic film and a sculpture of Jesus Christ. Around the car, several dollar-bill sculptures are placed on the ground, symbolizing the repayment of humanity’s largest debt

2014: - Maserati presents the world premiere of the Maserati Ghibli redesigned by Karl Lagasse on the occasion of the brand’s 100th anniversary.

2012: - Karl gifted the city of Deauville a Crytogram One sculpture in bronze, which remains permanently at the city entrance.
- For the 65th Cannes Film Festival, Karl created a sculpture “Building” composed of a collage of photos retracing the highlights of the festival’s history.
