Main piece of the series Plastic, Esther.
Esther is a mask, an archetype, a mirror that anyone can inhabit in whatever way they choose.
This series began as a direct critique of contemporary beauty standards, but it soon transformed into a space for exploring the self and the other.
Every time someone puts on Esther’s mask, the series changes direction. It is not about representing something aesthetic, but about embodying, through anonymity, an emotion, an impulse, an inner story.
Esther is not a fixed character. She is a living platform where the human becomes a symbol.
Where the face, denied, forces us to look beyond: posture, gesture, skin, absence.
This series will continue for as long as I continue asking myself questions about identity, the body, and representation.

Fine art photographic print.

The artwork will be shipped framed for optimal presentation and will be carefully protected with multiple layers of packaging materials. It will then be securely packed in a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transportation and minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Seller's Story

Salomé Blue is a visual artist whose practice revolves around painting as a space for formal and emotional exploration. Her work is articulated through figure, color, and the construction of scenes in which theatricality, nature, and feminine presence become elements of an open narrative, conceived to be interpreted from the individual spectator’s experience. Her pictorial language is characterized by gestural brushwork, compositions with strong visual structure, and a constant inquiry into the expressive possibilities of color. Each work seeks to establish a balance between chromatic intensity, rhythmic composition, and formal synthesis, producing images that oscillate between the recognizable and the imagined. She has exhibited her work in solo and group shows, consolidating a body of work that is part of private collections and that continues to develop from sustained research into contemporary painting. Her interest lies in creating works capable of dialogue both with architecture and present spaces and with the intimate experience of the collector, understanding painting as an object of contemplation, presence, and permanence.
