Beautiful vintage Italian Laughing Buddha (Hotei / Budai) statuette in 925 silver( likely over base metal).

This charming piece depicts the jovial Laughing Buddha seated on a round pillow holding a round ball/pearl in his hands, with finely detailed robes featuring floral and cloud motifs accented with gold highlights.. The base/pillow has an ornate decorative border.

Hallmarks: 925 witin an oval, R and othe Italian silver hallmarks(see photos).
