Détournement of a McDonald’s cone, the delicate essence of Banksy’s work with the abundance of McDonald’s, represented by the number of hearts.

This is not a cardboard McDonald’s cone; everything was created from plastics and painted by XTC.

The frame is part of the artwork. It is provided with a plastic pane, and you can display it with or without, as in the first and third photos.

Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through an interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration has evolved into a passion that was to be realized.

XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligned with the Pop Art movement, through the appropriation (détournement) of contemporary consumer goods.

His creativity expresses itself through bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes collide with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot champagne, or caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.

He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of resins, plastics, and sometimes mineral materials.

Among others, he draws inspiration from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, and advertising and addictions in general.

All possible defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
