Splendid and rare round serving tray (ideal as a cake plate) in fine Hungarian Herend porcelain, entirely hand-painted. The piece belongs to the famous and elegant Apponyi Pink collection (internationally known also as Chinese Bouquet Raspberry or Apponyi Purpur).

The exclusive distinctive feature of this model (shape no. 1174) lies in the refined sculpted handles in the shape of a braided-looking faux branch, adorned with three-dimensional rose leaves and buds applied in relief, together with the characteristic woven basketweave.
