Unique and original work painted by hand by Léo Varek
French contemporary artist, Léo Varek is today developing a series of pop canvases inspired by street art codes, built around a strong visual energy.
Before this studio work, I completed numerous monumental frescoes, notably in Europe, including an intervention of over 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This journey directly nourishes my current approach, more condensed, but always guided by visual impact.
My works are now distributed internationally and shipped worldwide.
Each canvas is handmade in my studio in France, using mixed media combining acrylic and aerosol.
I work spontaneously to preserve a tension in the gesture, pronounced contrasts and a real vibration of the colors.
