Sonia Anton is a contemporary Romanian-Australian artist whose work is inspired by emotion, movement, and the beauty of abstraction. Having grown up surrounded by art in her mother’s studio in Antibes, France, she developed a lifelong passion for painting and creative expression.

Working primarily with acrylics, Sonia creates textured, expressive compositions using palette knives, layered brushwork, and bold colour combinations. Her paintings are intentionally open to interpretation, allowing each collector to form a personal connection with the work.
