My works arise from an intuitive process in which color, form and space condense into their own visual language. The starting points are sketches, architectural structures or individual color fields. As the painting process unfolds, compositions are layered, altered and renegotiated until a balance between clarity and openness emerges.
Architecture plays a central role. Buildings, façades and geometric shapes become carriers of inner states, memories and atmospheres. The images move between representational and abstract and open up spaces for personal associations.
“MONOLITH” is part of this ongoing series of works.
Each work is unique, signed and dated on the back. A certificate of authenticity accompanies it.
