" ASTONISHMENT "
Each single creation is a unique piece worked by hand with care and feeling.
The sculpture was modeled in clay and fired in a professional kiln, subsequently patinated cold.
In the porosity and in the imperfections of the terracotta and pigments used, lies the beauty of this material.
The travertine pedestals are for demonstration purposes only.
Shipping will be carried out carefully.
All works are hand-signed and accompanied by an authenticity certificate.
Techniques:
Sculpture: Patinated Terracotta
Sphere: Brass
Nicole Furlan, born in 1991, attended the Academy of Art and Photography. Always seeking inspiration to grow.
Raised in the Tuscan countryside,
she rediscoveres in small things the charm of simplicity and re-proposes it through matter, thus enabling an open dialogue with her own unconscious.
For several years she has had the opportunity to create a connection between sculpture (soul) and human in her Atelier/Laboratory in Pitigliano, a small town of Etruscan origins.
A new, delicate formula of deep connections.
In 2020 she decided to return to living in open countryside, so as to focus even more on the self and on what she wants to express.
