Candleholder (2) - Pressed glass - Griffin

Pair of Art Deco candlesticks from Val Saint Lambert (designed by Charles Graffart and Reneé Delvene).
Made around 1935.
Griffon model, with four griffins and ornaments with floral motifs.
They are made of pressed glass by means of a mold, and they have air bubbles; this is an authentic characteristic of the traditional production process.
There are some chips at the base of the foot.
There is also a very small piece of one of the griffins located at the bottom of the beak, but it is not noticeable. (photo thirteen, left)
Height per candlestick is 27.5 cm, width and length 10.5 cm.
