ANA RUIZ is a Spanish Plastic Artist born in 1967 in Nerja / Costa del Sol (Andalusia - Spain).
This painter, in her artistic journey, has left a deep mark of restlessness in the eyes of those who are most observant, placing several of her works in countries such as Greece, Portugal, Italy, England, Ireland, the Netherlands, France, Slovakia, Germany, Portugal, Scotland, Slovakia, Belgium and Spain.
Using a wide range of mixed media techniques, making seamless transitions between acrylic and oil, achieving different and impressive textures on canvases or boards.

After years of seeking her own style, she developed a distinctive and unique way of creating, characterized by the application of an alternative color palette according to the work’s requirements, sometimes strong and vigorous and other times soft and delicate.
The subjects of her paintings are diverse, simple and notable; all are united by painting technique, sometimes giving rise to overlapping textures that draw the viewer into the deepest thoughts.
