This is an official act printed by the Pro-Dictatorial Lucano Government, established immediately after the insurrection of Basilicata (the first continental province to rise up against the Bourbons in August 1860). The text is signed at the bottom by the Director of the 4th Office, the historian and politician Giacomo Racioppi, and makes explicit reference to the dictatorship of Giuseppe Garibaldi and to Vittorio Emanuele II.
This type of document is extremely rare as the Pro-Dictatorial government lasted for a very short time.
