From an olive green field, darker at the top and brighter in the center, thin dark stems rise, almost etched into the surface. They support pink and burgundy flowers with an essential gesture — some petals full and open, others reduced to minimal touches that fade into the distance. The blooming concentrates at mid-height and thins toward the edges, where only scattered traces of color remain. The stems continue beyond the lower edge of the canvas, as if the field continued beyond the frame. A golden dust crosses the green, held in the matter more than laid over it.
