This 2021 release from The Macallan is aged exclusively in Oloroso sherry seasoned casks from Jerez for all thirty years of its maturation. Resultingly, it is said to have a beautiful Oloroso sherry presence after this extended ageing. It is a naturally dark, Speyside single malt full of rich dried fruits, spice and wood smoke.
