Arnaud Leturcq was born in France in 1961. He is a contemporary French painter, known mainly for his urban and maritime landscapes made with oil or acrylic and a very expressive palette knife technique.

He is linked to the Brittany region, especially to towns like Ploubazlanec and Paimpol, recurring themes in his work.

He mainly works in contemporary figurative painting, with scenes of ports, rural landscapes, historic cities and Mediterranean or Moroccan environments.

His works are usually created with a thick, tactile brushstroke, using the palette knife a lot and intense colors.
