6 bottles of Château Haut Musset 2015 from Montagne Saint-Émilion. The Merlot and Cabernet grapes, expertly harvested in the cellar (density-based sorting, gentle maceration with light pump-overs, etc.), yielded high-quality juice, further enhanced by fourteen months of aging in oak barrels. Deep red in color, with an intense nose of black fruit and licorice, a warm and smooth palate with firm tannins: a fine example of the appellation.
