Rosary - Glass - 1940-1950

Vintage rosary with turquoise-like glass paste beads (linked together with brass pins), and blue glass beads, 5 brass filigree separators, final cross (4.2 x 3.2 cm) with blue craquelé enamel, brass-toned medals: the small one (1.5 x 1.5 cm) enamelled in blue on one side and bearing on the back REMEMBRANCE OF THE POMPEI SHRINE, the round oval one (2.2 x 2 cm) with a figure of Saint Francis of Assisi probably indicates that the object belonged to a religious or lay Franciscan tertiary (SON TERZIARIO FRANCESCANO). Total length 52 cm. The metal parts show some oxidation and in some points loosening of the joints; overall the structure is intact.
