Paperweight - Glass

Hand-blown Murano glass vase in a hand-made “fazzolett” style, created with the submerged/encased glass technique: an opaque white outer layer (milky) over a deep ruby red inner layer, visible through the glass. The rim is shaped freehand, curved into an asymmetric candle-like form – a unique piece — the distinctive hallmark of hot-work typical of Murano glass masters.
On the base there is the original label: “Murano Glass – handmade / lavorato a mano”
