My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio—a place where I can completely immerse myself in my colors, shapes and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me—it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On trips and during visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe I was able to gather many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I deal mainly with feelings, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said—emotions, moods and interspaces that are often only expressible in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself—a impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.
For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 100 cm you need a stretcher frame sized 150 x 90 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.
You can either stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artist or gallery owner.
