Hand/shoulder bag in smooth black leather, from Gianni Versace (circa 1992-1995).
Large gold-tone Medusa medallion embossed on the front, coin-dial studded frame motif, two lateral medallions with a classic profile.
Chain handles with gold-plated Greek key motif links, connected to a rigid curved tubular handle.
Top zip closure. Original internal label "Gianni Versace". Medusa pendant charm.
