Giovanni Freghieri (Piacenza, January 28, 1950) is an Italian comic artist.
Still a teenager, he begins drawing in Giancarlo Tenenti's studio, later embarking on a long-running collaboration with Universo, where he will draw for Intrepido and Il Monello. Subsequently, he collaborates with Eura Editoriale, drawing for Lanciostory and Skorpio, creating series such as Sorrow.
In 1986, he works with Comic Art, lending pencils for the story Rolls Royce of the Eternauta, written by Alberto Ongaro. He then works for Sergio Bonelli Editore on a couple of episodes of Bella & Bronco, before moving to Martin Mystère. He then joins the Dylan Dog staff, where he draws several issues, including two special stories with, again, Martin Mystère, where the Nightmare Investigator and the Mystery Investigator meet and collaborate."
