Giorgio Stocco was born in Rovigo in 1954. Self-taught, but this has not prevented him from making painting progress that in recent years has allowed him to establish himself in the contemporary cultural scene with the approval of both the public and critics. He has participated in numerous art exhibitions in Italy and abroad, receiving notable recognitions.
