19th Century Portuguese Silver Card Tray – Guimarães Crown Hallmark
Elegant 19th century Portuguese silver card tray (bilheteira), also suitable as a decorative salver. The piece features a refined circular form with a beaded border and stands on three shaped feet, giving it a graceful and elevated profile.
The surface is delicately engraved with a subtle decorative motif along the inner rim, while the outer edge is finished with a classic beaded (pearl) border. The underside bears the Guimarães crown hallmark, confirming Portuguese origin and dating to the 19th century.
The tray presents an attractive antique patina consistent with age. Light wear and surface marks are visible, in line with normal use over time, but overall the piece remains in good antique condition.
