About the artist

Isaac Kaplan is a contemporary painter born in Belarus in 1969. Trained at the Minsk Art Institute, he develops a instantly recognizable style, blending Russian pictorial tradition with European contemporary influences. His works are regularly offered in international galleries and at auctions. His work is essentially devoted to figurative scenes, characters, musicians, women and animals, treated in a very colorful palette and a decorative style that has become his signature.
