The Life of Saint Stephen, Bishop of Die. Grenoble, J. Verdier, sd [circa 1690] / Translation of the letter written by the Archbishop of Vienna and by his suffragan bishops to Gregory IX for the canonization of Saint Stephen found in the archives of the Bishopric of Die. Grenoble, J. Verdier, sd [circa 1690], 190 pp. [continuous pagination]
One volume in-12 (155x90 mm), full calf, back with raised bands (binding of the period). Wear and rubbing on the boards and spine, joints partially split, loss on the upper part of the back, tail cap shaved, missing pp. 79-80 with loss of a few words. Rare foxing.
