The composition depicts a young woman wrapped in precious fabrics with refined ornaments, immersed in a geometric background rich with gold motifs that evoke the charm of the decorative arts of the early 20th century. The absorbed gaze and elegant pose convey a sense of harmony and contemplation, while the dialogue between figure and background creates a balanced composition, in which the tradition of figurative portraiture blends with an ornamental language reinterpreted in a contemporary key.
In person, one can appreciate the richness of the golden tones, ochre and ambers, the depth of the glazes, and the delicate rendering of the flesh, together with the materiality of the painting surface typical of the oil technique. The decorative details, the play of light, and the chromatic nuances acquire an even more intense presence than what photography can convey, enhancing the elegance and refinement of the work.

Over the years she has developed a recognizable painterly language, aimed at a timeless figuration, in dialogue with the history of classical art reinterpreted with contemporary sensitivity.
Her works are in private collections in Italy and internationally, with growing interest from collectors in the United States and Asia. She lives and works in Italy.
