Sculpture, Paardenhoofd - 42 cm - Patinated bronze

Antique bronze horse head (1920-1940), supplied with a stand.
Has a great deal of patina, has probably always stood outside but is now made available as a wonderfully beautiful show piece.
The overall height is 42 cm (it's tall), the head itself is 25 cm.
It is hollow inside (see the relevant photo) and has a wall thickness of 2.5 mm, which is sturdy and heavy.
It can be removed from the holder; the head is not mounted solidly into it.
The holder is made of iron and was added later.
This is a stunning horse head with a wonderful presence, detailed and crafted with strength and care.
It's a pity the photos don’t fully convey its beauty, hence a photo taken with a black background in the hope that that provides more information.
Shipping will go in a very large box with lots of packing material; this is art and must not be damaged.
