Wilhelm Kloos (The Hague, 26 April 1947) is a Dutch painter who lives and works in The Hague. He trained at the Royal Academy on Prinsengracht and the Free Academy in The Hague, where he studied with Livinus van de Bundt.
In addition he was a pupil of Bob van Wezel (landscapes and farms) and C. van Wijk (flowers and still lifes).
He made study trips, including twice to New York, where he also exhibited.
On behalf of the municipality of The Hague he created various wall paintings. His atmospheric landscapes and still lifes are clearly inspired by the Haagse School tradition.
Work is in good condition and signed bottom right.
Work is in a matching frame (with light signs of use)
