Description: Important pharmacy jar / apothecary jar on a footed base in white-glazed earthenware, entirely hand-painted.
The body, with a gracefully bulging baluster shape, bears a rich polychrome floral decoration inspired by the eighteenth-century Meillonnas productions. In the center unfolds a large yellow rose surrounded by greenery and blue and orange flower buds. The central inscription, calligraphed in black, reads in stylized uppercase: "ARSENiC".

Description :Important pot à pharmacie / pot d'apothicaire sur piédouche en faïence blanche émaillée, entièrement peint à la main.
La panse, de forme balustre galbée, arbore un riche décor floral polychrome inspiré des productions traditionnelles du XVIIIe siècle de Meillonnas. Au centre s'épanouit une grande rose jaune entourée de feuillages et de boutons de fleurs bleus et orangés. L'inscription centrale calligraphiée en noir indique en majuscules stylisées : "ARSENiC".
