A rare urn or cassoletté probably from Dresden in the style of Italian Capodimonte. Decorated with gold garlands, drapery, roses and other gold details. On both sides, putti in relief sitting on an arch among foliage with doves. It consists of two parts that are connected by a long thin screw thread and stands on four gilded feet.
Here and there some wear to the gilding, which corresponds to an age of about 130 years old.
The hollow bottom is covered with a metal plate on which the Royal Warranty is stated.
Probably King Edward VII.
There is also, at the edge, a maker's mark N with a crown. In short, wonderfully beautiful for the porcelain lover.

Een zeldzame urn of cassolette waarschijnlijk uit Dresden in de stijl van het italiaanse Capodimonte. Versierd met gouden guirlandes, draperie, rozen en andere gouden detailles. Aan twee kanten putti in reliëf zittend op een boog tussen gebladerte met duifjes. Het bestaat uit twee delen die met een lange dunne schroefdraad zijn verbonden en staat op vier vergulde voetjes.
Hier en daar wat slijtage aan het verguldsel wat past bij de leeftijd van ongeveer 130 jaar oud.
De holle bodem is afgedekt met een metalen plaatje waarop de Royal Warranty staat vermeld.
Waarschijnlijk King Edward the seventh.
Ook staat aan de rand een merkteken N met een kroontje. Kortom zeldzaam mooi voor de porseleinliefhebber.

A rare Dresden two‑part beenderporselein urn or cassolette in the Neoclassical Capodimonte style, white with gold detailing, 13 cm wide, 23 cm high, 11 cm deep, weighing 900 g, dating to circa 1890–1910, in good used condition with minor signs of aging and gilding wear, with a metal plate on the hollow base bearing the Royal Warranty and a mark N with a crown.
