Wall decoration (4) - Italy - Medallions in laminated silver

Set of 4 vintage wall plaques laminated in sterling silver depicting the four seasons.

These plaques date from the 1950s; the craftsmanship is evident in the relief detailing of the female figures and natural elements.

All the figures bear the silversmith's incised signature; inside the blue velvet box there is the warranty.

The back is leather, as seen in the photo one shows a label from the jeweler who sold them.

Plaque dimensions: 9.5 x 6.5 x 0.7 cm, weight 26 g.
