Dressing table set (7) - Crystal, Ormolu - France in the 19th century

Splendid and elegant antique bedroom vanity set (vanity set) comprising 7 coordinated pieces. The service is made of fine transparent crystal hand-cut, enriched with imposing and detailed bronze mounts richly chased and gilded. The decorative design recalls the splendor of the Louis XVI style, typical of the French Napoleonic III period, characterized by refined motifs of floral garlands, festoons and ribbons that elegantly frame the glass bodies. The bottle stoppers feature superb diamond-cut facets that reflect light magnificently. The set comprises: 3 trays in different sizes (24 x 8.5 cm, weight 437 g; 12 x 9.5 cm, weight 140 g; 12 x 5.5 cm, weight 106 g); 2 bottles with original stoppers, 15 x 5 cm, weight 274 g and 245 g; 1 powder box with a lid topped by a faceted crystal knob (10 x 7.5 cm, weight 244 g) and 1 perfume bottle with an antique mechanism (15 x 5 cm, weight 196 g). Crystal attributed to French manufactories such as Baccarat or Saint-Louis, unsigned as was customary in the period. Excellent overall condition commensurate with the object's age; the crystal is intact and free of chips or visible cracks. The gilding of the bronze preserves a splendid original patina with minimal signs of wear that attest to its authenticity. The atomizer mechanism requires inspection if you wish to use it functionally. It will be professionally packaged and shipped with tracking code.
