Silver - Cross pendant

Ancient 19th-century cross in mother-of-pearl and solid silver, stamped. The hallmark is now difficult to read due to age, but the silver has been acid-tested with an appropriate reagent (see test photo).

This beautiful cross features a setting in solid silver, finely worked, highlighting a plate of antique mother-of-pearl deliberately left with its original patina. It has not been polished in order to preserve all its character and authenticity.
