Rare edition of a text by Arnon Grunberg, distributed during the Beurs van kleine uitgevers in Paradiso in December 2012. Apparently an unauthorized reprint, in a small edition. The colophon reads: 'De dood en de verkoop. Over de oorlog die handel in boeken heet' was set by order of the Stichting Wynant Casimir Producties on the occasion of the 175th anniversary of Uitgeverij Hijgh & Van Ditmag and printed by Drukkerij Jan de Jong in Amsterdam. The text was digitally set by the printer's wife, who also corrected a few typos. Eva Mehl designed a cover. Representation at the bookshop was in the trusted hands of Frans Eitjes and distribution was handled by the Imaginaire Boekhandel 'Achter de Coulissen' of Jan Ritselaar. The edition consists of 90 copies.
