Elegant original Herend dinner service belonging to the famous Apponyi collection, made in very fine Hungarian porcelain and entirely hand-painted with refined gold detailing.

The lot consists of 18 original Herend pieces:

* 6 soup plates – Ø 24 cm
* 6 fruit/dessert plates – Ø 20 cm

All pieces bear the original Herend Hungary Handpainted mark on the bottom.

The service has never been used and is in excellent storage condition, with no chips, cracks or restorations. The gilding is very well preserved.
