Baptismal goblet in solid silver - Hallmark 'Old Man's Head' (1798-1809) - Directoire period.
Presence of the famous French official guarantee mark known as 'Old Man's Head'.
Height: 9 cm
Weight: 106.6 grams (see photo).
Metal: Solid silver (guaranteed fineness by the period hallmark).
Condition: Good overall condition for an object over 220 years old. Piece is in its original state with its patina, not chemically cleaned. Note a very slight minor indentation (ding) from use on the edge of the base (visible in the photo).

Métal : Argent massif (titre garanti par le poinçon d'époque).
État de conservation : Bel état de conservation général pour un objet de plus de 220 ans. Pièce "dans son jus" avec sa patine d'origine, non nettoyée chimiquement. À noter un très léger petit enfoncement (poc) d'usage sur le rebord de la base (visible sur la photo)
