The composition draws inspiration from the grand tradition of nineteenth-century portraiture and depicts a young woman captured in a moment of elegant contemplation. The luminous face, the gaze turned to the side, and the composed pose convey a sense of grace, reserve, and timeless allure. The light veil, the strand of pearls, and the dark fabrics enriched with golden reflections help define a refined image, suspended between intimacy and solemnity.
Warm light delicately models the complexion, facial features, and the soft drapery of the dress, harmoniously blending with the ornate background rich in decorative motifs. The amber, brown, and golden tones create an intense and enveloping color balance, enhancing the depth of the composition and the finesse of the details. In person, one can fully appreciate the richness of the glazes, the luminosity of the pearls, the quality of the shading, and the tactile surface of the oil painting—aspects that photography can only partially convey.

Her research sits within a cultural continuum linked to the Italian painting tradition, shaped through personal study and sustained practice over time.
Over the years she has developed a recognizable pictorial language, aimed at a timeless figuration, in dialogue with the history of classical art reinterpreted with contemporary sensibility.
Her works are present in private collections in Italy and internationally, with growing attention from collectors in the United States and Asia. She lives and works in Italy.
