“BOOM!” by Santicri reinterprets the pop language of comics, transforming a graphic exclamation into a three-dimensional sculptural object.
The contrast between the explosive form and the marbled black-and-white creates a visual short circuit between pop lightness and classical materiality.
The veins running across the surface introduce an element of imperfection that breaks the purity of the mark, suggesting an explosion not only visual but conceptual: a fracture in the language of the image.
The result is an immediate, ironic and powerful work, capable of uniting pop aesthetics, design and sculpture in a single visual impact.
The edition number shipped may not correspond to the one shown in the photo.
The work is prepared for wall mounting via a dedicated hook.

The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately after icons such as Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for creative value but also as one of the year's most promising investments.
Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist pursued a path that, between studies in Geometra (surveying) and Architecture, led him to collaborate with a resin sculpture artisan. There arose the growing need to find himself and unleash his creativity.
His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe.
His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of street art and pop art paintings and contemporary sculpture.
"It is never easy to classify one’s art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of seeing what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that fits modern times: impactful and memorable."
