Inspired by the literary aura of Elif Shafak's novel There are Rivers in the Sky, this high-relief reinterprets the figure of the Lamassu. An ancestral protector of Mesopotamia, this winged guardian is crafted from raw material to watch over history and memory.
Internationally renowned artist, graduated from the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris - César Baldaccini workshop in 1987, with the mention "Très bien".
