"Micky Starry Night" is a bold and ironic work that fuses two extremes: the emotional, timeless painting style of Van Gogh and the iconic energy of pop culture. On a background that reproduces The Starry Night, Micky literally bursts into the scene, tearing the classic canvas with gloved hands raised in a provocative gesture. The gesture, highlighted by pink neon LED, transforms the scene into a visual rebellion manifesto, where the classic meets the contemporary in an explosive way.

Technique and Creation:
Realized through high-resolution digital artistic processing, the work is printed on adhesive PVC applied to a rigid panel. The gloved hands are emphasized by pink neon LED, imparting depth, three-dimensionality, and movement to the image. The blend of painterly texture and pop graphics is completed by a scratch-resistant transparent coating that protects and enhances the work over time.

Inspiration and Curiosity:
"Micky Starry Night" stems from the idea of “piercing” art history with a controlled irreverence: Micky doesn’t destroy Van Gogh, but plays with him, traverses him, makes him pop. The gesture of the hands, between censorship and challenge, represents a provocation to contemporary visual culture, where the sacred and the profane coexist. The result?
