A refined coordinated pair of bedside lamps in authentic Murano glass, coming from an important vintage Italian lighting set from the 1970s/1980s.
Although these two lamps no longer bear the label, they come from the same original set of which another item still carries the label “VM Vetri Murano 004,” allowing attribution of the entire set to VM Vetri Murano, probably linked to Vetreria LAG / Vetreria D’Este.
Made in satin milk-glass blown glass with an elegant swirl decoration and a fine spiraled filigree in delicate powder-pink and pale gold tones, they represent an excellent example of Italian Organic Modern design from the seventies/eighties.
