Description from the seller

Silk scarf, glasses that reveal a mischievous, or loving, provocative or determined gaze, this young woman rolls on a liberty road. The glamour of the 1950s into which the wind of freedom desired by the artist and the emerging assertion of these new free and self-assured women intrudes. Does she leave a place too small for her, does she go to the man of her life, is she embarking on a new life adventure, this work leaves all possibilities open to whoever lays their eyes on it.

GEIDA is a French artist, from the south of France, born in 1982, on the banks of the Côte d’Azur.

Inspired by classic and modern painting, he moves between contemporary works and street art. His creations incorporate emblematic elements of classic and pop culture. His works are characterized by reinterpretations of major painters, warm colors, expressive and hypnotic compositions.

GEIDA explores different forms of universes and productions. Some of his works are reproduced in small series on stretched canvases, thus creating limited editions accessible to a wider audience.
The artist’s style reflects a combination between classical art and new techniques. With the aim of captivating attention, provoking reflection and sublimating interiors.
