ELGIN skin diver 663 Parmentier Crown, from the 60s, in perfect condition. Never polished and in perfect working order.

The dial has never been touched and shows a very beautiful patina.

ELGIN Skin Diver from the 1960s with Parmentier crown — powered by the signed caliber 663 (AS1580). The Parmentier crown was designed to provide extra water resistance on diving watches. It consists of a small cap that screws over the functional crown. These caps have very often been lost over the years and are quite costly to replace (when you can find them). This one is original, as are all the parts of this watch.

I also offer an extra strap with this watch. Scarlet brand alligator leather strap.

Le cadran n’a jamais été touché et présente une très belle patine.

ELGIN Skin Diver des années 1960 avec couronne Parmentier — animée par le calibre signé 663 (AS1580). La couronne Parmentier a été conçue pour offrir une protection supplémentaire contre l’eau sur les montres de plongée. Elle se compose d’un petit capuchon qui se visse par-dessus la couronne fonctionnelle. Ces capuchons ont très souvent été perdus au fil des années et sont assez coûteux à remplacer (lorsqu’on en trouve). Celui-ci est d’origine, tout comme l’ensemble des pièces de cette montre.

J’offre également un bracelet supplémentaire avec cette montre. Bracelet de la maison Scarlet en alligator.
