Monica Zambon - Una vecchia scuola

I wanted to depict an old school. I added a few light touches with the spatula to the painting and blurred the scene with a light gray, to convey a sense of past times and of a dream.
As the date, I chose my dad's date, because, for me, he was a great example. He taught me the true values of life and I wanted to pay tribute to him.
The painting measures 40x40x4 cm, it is made with oil colors, with a spatula and with a brush.

My name is Monica Zambon, I live in Sanremo, where I studied at an art school.
I have exhibited in many art galleries, among which: Noliarte in Noli, Maav Gallery in Ostiglia, Maad Gallery in Mantua, Galleria 61 in Cagliari, Il Crocicchio in Genoa, Il Quadrifoglio in Imperia, Artemetamorfosi in Reggio Emilia, La Bottega d'arte in Sanremo.
I have participated in painting competitions, winning first and second prizes, among which: “Calvino e Sanremo” at the Casino, “Lina Lanteri” in Sanremo, “Lorenzo Lotto” in the Marche, “Salvador Dalí” in Roses, Spain.
I have taken part several times in Artegenova, at “La rue des artistes” in Turin, at “Sestri come Montmartre” in Genoa.

The painting is signed on the front; on the back you will find my certificate of authenticity.
It will be shipped in several layers of bubble wrap and in a sturdy cardboard box.
