The original painting "Sur le chemin du soir" is painted in acrylic with a brush on cotton canvas. The scene shows a couple walking away along a dirt path tinted gold, beside a calm pond. The sun sets behind a tall umbrella pine, its rays caught in the branches. In the distance, houses light up and reflect on the water.

The brushwork is loaded and textured, built up layer by layer. The impasto catches the real light of your room and gives grain to the ground.
