This hand-painted original goes up to a starting minimum price of just €100.
Because real art has value – but doesn’t have to be unaffordable! The price is intentionally chosen so that everyone has the chance at an original.

My new series "POP & CO." is my very personal response to Pop Art. I like bold colors, strong figures, and small stories – but I tell them rather with brush and pencil than with spray paint or stencils.
I don’t quote Pop Art – I paint it in my own way.

Each painting is created slowly, usually layer by layer. I typically combine acrylic paints, Acrylic Ink, Liner, acrylic markers, and ink until exactly the mood I had in mind is formed. Afterwards, each work is coated several times with a varnish to preserve the colors and surface long-term.

I work exclusively on high-quality, acid-free artist paper (300–500 g) and frame every original in an equally high-quality, acid-free mat. On the front, each work bears my initials as a recurring serial feature. On the back, I sign the original by hand and additionally stamp it with my artist stamp.
These originals thus combine traditional painting techniques with a modern, often humorous look at pop culture, animals, and characters.

I am AniB – artist with Latvian roots, based in Germany since 1990.
Today my works are almost exclusively on paper. This more compact and calmer way of working suits not only my creative process but is also a response to health challenges. It fits well with my daily life and gives me space to focus entirely on the subject.

My works often come in small series and in changing styles – for me, art lives from curiosity, not repetition.
I studied art and illustration in Riga, and since the 1990s I have worked professionally – with exhibitions at home and abroad.

I love creating characters with personality – beings that carry a small story within them. Sometimes quirky, sometimes quietly thoughtful, often with a wink.
