Description
Elegant vase with lid made by the Ramgi manufactory (Casa Manises), crafted in enamelled porcelain in intense cobalt blue with rich hand-applied gold decoration. It features two elaborated Rococo-inspired handles and a large central medallion decorated with a hand-painted gallant scene, inspired by eighteenth-century French painting.
The piece retains its original lid and is marked "Ramgi" on the base. It is a mid-20th-century Spanish production of excellent decorative quality, inspired by Sèvres-type French porcelain.
