Marc Hispard (1938–2015) was a French fashion and advertising photographer whose career spanned more than five decades. After training in a professional Paris photographic laboratory and studying at the École du Louvre, he began working for *Jardin des Modes* while still very young and later developed a long association with French *Elle*. His editorial work also appeared in British and Italian *Vogue*, *Queen*, *Mademoiselle*, *Glamour*, and the American edition of *Elle*. Hispard photographed many of the leading models of the late twentieth century, including Kate Moss, Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Karen Mulder, and Estelle Lefébure, and became known for polished fashion, beauty, and advertising images that reflect the elegance of Parisian editorial photography and the rise of international supermodel culture during the 1980s and 1990s.

Eva Herzigová (born 1973) is a Czech supermodel and actress who became one of the defining figures of international fashion in the 1990s. After beginning her career in Prague and moving to Paris, she achieved worldwide fame through the 1994 Wonderbra “Hello Boys” campaign, one of the most recognisable fashion advertisements of the decade. Herzigová went on to work with major fashion houses including Chanel, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, and Thierry Mugler, while appearing in international editions of Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and Marie Claire. Alongside Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, and Kate Moss, she became closely associated with the golden age of the supermodel, combining classic European glamour with the bold visual style of 1990s fashion, beauty, and advertising photography.
